Gym Fanatics - Worst Online Purchase to date
I placed an order online with Gym Fanatics for a gift. I expressed the date that I require the item and a response mail from them advised that they deliver between 7 -14workings days but usually within 7days. A follow up call to them expressing the urgency I was advised that they are unable to track the box that my order is in as they do not know which order is in which box and I was then assured that my parcel would be delivered on the 14th day after placing my order. Following up again I was advised that my order had not arrived to be delivered in time and would probably only arrive the following week. I requested a refund on my order however according to Gym Fanatics they have up to 30 working days to deliver an order and no refunds can be done before the order has arrived with them. As a frequent online shopper, I find this the worst purchase I've made to date and I would not refer anyone to them.

We believe our staff did indicate to you that in the event where orders are chosen to go through the customs process an order can take up to 30 working days to deliver.
Our staff also did not mention that they cannot track your order, rather that they cannot see how far it is with the customs process.
Unfortunately your item was chosen for customs inspection and as per the communication sent to you electronically we did state this process increase the delivery time.
This is also stipulated everywhere on the Gym Fanatics website.
You also posted images on Facebook showing where the item is being worn.
