wrong info

i went to the glen where i was approatched by 2 gents from the gym company i was told to sign up and that for november and december it would be free membership and in january if i decide to continue then i would pay the membership fees and it would be official, i called decided to cancel in december as i dont have time nd have neva went there even once then i was told i was already a fully signed up member and that the cancelation fee is r1500 and then i got debited membership fees i dropped an email to accounts theres no feedback only a forwaded email to management till todae theres nothing talking about false misrepresentation
