Wrong amount deduction

It's pains me that I end up writing this review. On the 13 June 2022 one of your sales representative team approached me and told me about their R100 gym special. He explained everything to me and I signed everything. To my surprise I now get debit orders of R299 which resulted in my account in an overdraft. I went to the gym to cancel my subscription. I forgot to take the lady's name as I was pained upon hearing what she had to say. It's very unfair how you treat potential clients.
