Please do not join this company under any circumstances. They trap you with false advertising, the staff is unhelpful and the admin team is completely unable to do their job.

I changed my bank account 5 months ago and still they debit my account and miss some months then insist I do a double payment.

I have had 3 operations and my doctor has now advised me not to train. They will not cancel the contract with a doctor's note and 2 months written notice. Instead, they insist on me paying a R2000 cancellation fee and R600 as they did not debit by account last month.

Please stay away from these people, service is useless and equipment not up to scratch
