Worst Staff members

Worst customer service, rude ladies at Westgate branch, don't have any patience for their clients. I have membership with my family, I requested a specific debit date they didn't honour it, now I'm bombarded with calls, WhatsApps, emails that I have arrears. Since we as clients are the ones who contribute to the growth of your business, each and every member of any gym facility should be treated with respect and like a VIP, but it seems as though you believe that your presence in this industry benefits us. Train your staff to be professional, honour debit dates, have telephone etiquette!! Really hate this company
