Worst service ever!! Membership still not cancelled.

I have relocated to the villages and the area that I am at currently does not have Gym company. I went to Gym company in Tlhabane Rustenburg in November 2025, to cancel my membership and was advised of the 3 months' notice. I agreed and did not have any issues as that was explained to me before. I asked the receptionist if it's possible to pay the 3 months premiums upfront and she said it's not possible.

Instead of recording my termination, she said I should go home and that I will be contacted for cancellation. No one has called me to date, and the debit order just keeps on going off. Next thing when I stop it with my bank, they will hand me over. I don't have money to waste on a service I am not getting.
