Worst service ever. Attacked my integrity and character

So I don't normally use social media to vent but I'm seriously annoyed. Gym Company I'm the south particularly Winchester Hills. I have been trying to cancel my daughter's membership for the lats 12 months and every time they get new staff members that are as *********** as the previous. Now that I have been requesting a cancelation for a whole year, I demanded a refund as everything they have promised each month has never happened or been processed. Now the new manager says that I do not have the relevant cancelation letter so nothing will happen. This is after his staff has acknowledged that I have been fine an injustice. Every time their staff leaves there is no continuation of information and I have to explain it all again to the new members. The arrogance that I was being treated with is disgusting. I don't want you play the age thing here but I have been a member at the very gym for over 25 years when it was still "Sharper Image". I have never dealt with such a lack of service and a terrible attitude. To the lady that has helped me so far to the extent that she was willing to pay the refund out of her own pocket (Nellie) as she could see my frustration , I thank you and wish you a successful career.....elsewhere
