Worst Service Ever

<p>I was approached by gentlemen at the Randburg square mall about 2 or 3 years ago advertising the new opening of the gym that would soon be at the Randburg Square mall, I am not usually one to give in to this form of advertising, however I gave them the opportunity to notify me of their company and joined. Months later, the gym had still not opened after being promised on numerous occasions that it would. I got worried when they started debiting the gym fee from my account when I had never even set foot at their premises, nor knew where the entrance was. I reversed these payments and went to query this with the gentlemen and was advised my contract would be terminated and I never heard from them again. 2-3 years later, I find myself struggling to apply for a place to stay because I am told I am blacklisted, when I query this, to my surprise, I am owing R6500 to Gym Company Randburg Square, when I had never used one set of their equipment, never tagged into the gym, never provided with a tag to begin with and have never even seen where their premises are located. I spoke to a lady Antonette just now, and she advised me that I would need to pay a fee of R1500 to have them remove my name off the blacklist. How is this fair when I have never made use of their services and asked time and time again to be removed off the contract and data base. I asked to speak to a manager and got a response that he was out and I could call in a hour. How can this be great customer service, how is it fair on me to pay for something that I have never used, let alone seen. This is pathetic service from this company and I would never recommend it to any one. These people think money grows on trees!!!</p>
