Worst Service & Bunch of *******

<p>Okay.. So I haven't worked for a few months, so I couldn't pay my gym account which I used to pay on a monthly basis. The fee was about R199 a month and when I went to their East Rand Branch, they told me that only a specific lady can sort this out for me, but she wasn't there. So eventually, I looked at using means of internet connection, to contact Gym Company to sort this out. Last month, I sent them an email, requesting how much I owe them and how can I sort this out. A lady phoned me from Gym Company, told me I owe them R600 and I can either pay it once off or pay monthly. I arranged to pay it off monthly, and that they should freeze my account, because I am not currently gyming and I can't afford to pay them every month for a service that I am not using and if I have other debt to pay. The lady said it is okay, she will freeze the account and I need to only pay for the months I owe them, then it is done. So I paid last month and I paid this month and by now, I should only owe them R200. I contacted them again where a lady phoned me and told me that I owe them R800 now. Like ***? I already paid R400, so I should only pay R200 more, then I am done. The lady said, that they can't freeze the account because I owe them money and they didn't receive my previous payments? And when I arranged for her details so that I can send the proof of payments, she never gave it to me? So in other words.. They want me to pay every month, they don't want me to freeze my account and whatever I pay, is not on their reccord???? </p>
