Worst Service

Worst service ever. pathetic employees who are quick to say your account is overdue but don't check their errors and even when you provide proof they fail to give feedback regarding the query. The debt collectors at GYM Company clearly don't know customer service and they need proper training even on how to deal with account queries. The Agents at Maponya mall branch phoned me I gave them proof and said they will investigate from last year and to date they don't give feedback instead they hide behind the automated texts.
