Worst Gym: Jacaranda Gym Company

This is the most pathetic and unprofessional Gym.

I joined in May 2023 and unfortunately couldn’t pay for the fees any longer. In October 2023 I cancelled my membership. I filled in the cancellation form and paid for the 3 months. In February 2024 I saw that money is still being debited even though the three months already passed. I went in and asked them about this and they said that there is no record of my cancellation. They said that I will need to cancel again and pay for another three months. I refused because I DID cancel and the three months was completed. I then spoke to the Manager named Jaco at Jacaranda branch and he said that an employee took my papers home and she lost it. So I filled in another cancellation paper and they promised me that they will ask the regional manager to give me an immediate cancellation seeing that they lost my paperwork pertaining PERSONAL information. Three weeks went by and when I called in to get an update of the cancellation they said they would call back, they never did so I again went in. They never even processed my cancellation and they never spoke to the regional manager. I now have to pay for another 3 three months. It’s unacceptable and so unfair I do not even know how this company is still standing because they are doing this to everyone!!
