Worst Gym ever in South Africa

<p>In 2014 I joined Gym Company in Braamfontein when it was opening. The sales guys made people sign by telling them lies. The gym was small and they were telling everyone the gym will be extended to this side and even today the Gym has not been extended, still a small Gym.</p> <p>I signed with the Gym company due to the fact that it would be extended as it was small but they didnt and everytime you would go there it would be full.</p> <p>I ended not going and 2 years down the line they list me in the Credit bureau due to non payment.</p> <p>Gym company never sent me a letter to say you owing us this much. I only received calls from them 10 months after they listed to say we have listed in the credit bureau due to non payment.</p> <p>When I ask them when did you notify me about that so that I can respond they dont know have the dates they sent me the letters.</p> <p>What kind of business are you running which you sell false things and when we don't pay you just decide to black list people without contacting them and you only contact them after you have listed them.</p> <p>In terms of the NCA you should give me 20 days to respond before you list me.</p>
