Worst Gym Company Ever

i took a gym membership with Muscle and fitness in July 2016 which was supposed to expire in July 2017. the Gym Company bought muscle and Fitness now i was told that my membership is with them. i received a call in July with regards to renewing my contract i told the lady no i don't wish to renew my contract. after my contract expired i received a call from the gym company to inform me that my account was on arrears i need to pay to cancel my membership. i didn't pay the money in September and the next call i received was the account admin lady threatening me that in the month of October they will hand me over. i told her that i don't have the money and she advised me to borrow the money and come in to the gym to pay all my arrears she will cancel my contract same time. on the 12th of October 2017 i went and paid the amount (every cent) i requested a cancellation form not once not twice but many times even refused to leave the gym without filling the form. the receptionist call her manager who advised me to make the payment and they will sort out the cancellation as they don't have the form available. i left the because the account admin was on lunch but on my way i decided no i am going back to wait for her.

she came escorted me to her office and told me that they don't have the forms but on Friday a lady from head office will come and she will give me a call to tell me to send an email to the head office lady for cancellation. Friday came no one called me and i had to call them. email was sent through but no feedback. later she called to tell me that she wont cancel my membership. i sent another email complaining about them making empty promises to me and i told them i paid every cent but again no response up until today.

the account lady is harassing me with call whole day today 20/10/2017 telling that i need to pay R530 and she will cancel my a contract. it enough now
