Worst experience with Gym company

I relocated a few days after signing up. There is no gym company branch where I'm based right now and I tried contacting Gym company via email, SMS and even tried calling but they are unavailable. I want to cancel my contract/membership because they deduct money from my account even when I haven't set foot at their site. Their contact details are not helpful to get through to them. I don't even know where exactly their gym is located and I'm a pretty long distance away.
