Worse customer service ever

<p>In novemeber i was debited two amounts on a wrong debit date i called in and asked for an explanantion i got hold of an administrator and i told her when i joined they didnt tell me about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>In Decmeber the same thing happened again which i told them if the 27th is on a weekend they should debit the Friday it went on and on been debited on a wrong date i went to them asked them to cancel the policy because of their services and them debiting me R400 instead of R200 and on a wrong date they still wanted my statement which i showed them with my bank notification but didnt want to assist me ive been asking them to assist me for almost 6 months and still doing the same thing i am no longer interested because they have a bad attitude and dont care about their clients i am getting bank charges and a bad credit record because of them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am fed up with with gym company east rand mall </p>
