Gym Company Winchester Hills is useless!

I was about to get another contract from gym company Winchester hills for my brother, but the service is so bad i had to walk out, 5 different people came to assist and i had to explain my story over and over again with just another one walking away asking for help, the manager cant even be bothered! Precious said i can come in and downgrade my contract as i don't use different gyms or facilities, when i got there no one knew anything about business or what to do to help a existing client.

Ive been a member for about 17 years and this is the service i get? Pathetic!!
