WILL NOT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP

<p>My membership has ended and I went into Winchester branch to cancel the memebership- upon arrival I was told that no one would help me as they are busy ( only to see they were having a little get together in the room by the front entrance) anyways so I eventually called in and was told to send through a cancelation letter and state that I did not live in the area anymore ( which I dont) and they would action my request. THIS WAS 2 MONTHS AGO!!!!</p> <p>I literally used this gym contact afew times in the years I had it and they even continued to charge me every year for a MEMBERSHIP CARD which I have never recieved- EVER!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I find it appaling that they have not cancelled my membership after I have done everything needed from my side. I have called in countless times and accounts tell me they will action it. I don't know what to do anymore. I have been to the bank to cancel the debit order but somehow it still goes through.</p> <p>I WANT MY MEMBERSHIP CANCELED!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
