WHY HAVE I BEEN BLACKLISTED?

I am very disappointed, I signed a membership form with one of the consultants by the name of Lwazi at Newgate Mall GYM COMPANY in Johannesburg in 2014. I Repeatedly asked this young man to sign me in for a year contract it turns out that he out me down for a 3 year contract. I stopped making payment and when I went to apply for a vehicle during the past weeks I find out that I have been put on the ITC by the GYM Company for an amount of R6371. please not that I did not receive any communication from GYM COMPANY regarding payment or atleast warning to make payment because then i would have been aware and i would have made plans to sort this out sooner rather than being BLACKLISTED. <br> <br> I also want to mention that you LURED me to your gym under FALSE advertising. all the amenities the contract said would be there to date are not available. <br> <br> There are rules to placing a person on the ITC and I didn't receive any SMS, a call or an email prior to this to warn me that they were going to list me. <br> <br> GYM COMPANY I SAY TO YOU RECTIFY THIS ISSUE BEFORE I AM FORCED TO CONTACT MY LAWYERS.<br>
