What the he'll is going on there?

I joined the gym was told i cant pay for my access card as i have an existing account.Never before have i joined a gym before mind you. I visted your offices twice and still no feed back and on top of that im listed by you for what?you are quick to debit my account without sorting out clients queries.I will join another gym so rather you cancel the useless contract and refund my money or Im seeking legal action.I was warned about this gym sad case mxm till today no feedback or even started at the gym yet u take my hard earned money.Beyond dissapointed
