What a nightmare
<p>This is directed to the gym company in East Rand Mall. I really can't believe these ******. I'm being blacklisted by these people after signing a cancellation form. Why make me sign a cancellation form if you won't update it on your system. My reason for cancellation was because I was relocating. So their service was of no use to me. I cancelled before they even opened the gym.</p> <p> </p> <p>I call them and they beat around the bush about this situation and they refer me to an accounting lady who absolutely is no help at all. I'm meant to pay a sum of R900 for them to un-blacklist me. I don't even see how I'm liable for this. I've never even used their gym before.</p> <p> </p> <p>PURE DAYLIGHT ****** WHO ARE QUICK TO TAKE MONEY BUT SLOW ON CANCELLATIONS.</p>
