What a horrible experience!

I've never received such horrible service. I've been trying to cancel my membership and I was told to physically come to the branch to cancel. I have moved to another province so I decided to come all the way to JHB, so I cancel this gym membership only to find that the branch is closed. No communication was sent to me to notify me of such. I call them again and ask to cancel online, again I was told rudely and very disrespectfully by an employee by the name of Lesego from the Maponya Mall branch that there is nothing she can do for me. Asked to speak her supervisor or manager and she told me that I will find the manager at the branch not over the phone. I feel so frustrated and helpless.
