WESTGATE GYM COMPANY - THE WORST GYM EVER!!!!

I have since 25 April 2022 been trying to cooperate and arrange for payments and freezing my membership at Westgate, due to covid. I have spoken to different people who have not been of any assistance to me. I have emailed all the necessary documents on time - and followed up daily for answers and a solution to this issue. But still nobody is of any help. Im not interested in this membership anymore and would like to cancel my membership due to the lack of assistance. I have been to this gym 3 x no one helped me with getting to know the gym or how the gym works or even the use of the machines. i mailed the gym to send me a copy of the classes and the times - this took them more than 2 weeks to do!!!! You are very unprofessional and organized. Its amazing how fast you could help me and my son the day that we wanted to join the gym, we had 3 people chasing and filling in forms - oh what lovely service we had - and then the contract was filled in wrong and the names were wrong which actually made this contract a void. I'm not happy with your service and I don't see why i should pay for something that doesn't work!!!!!!! i now have prove of my conversations with Westgate and how many times i have tried to find a solution for this problem.

There is no help, no assistance, no replies and if they reply there is attitude.

This must be one of the worst gyms ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
