want to terminate the contract

I have bad experience with this company . I have not attended any gym sessions due to that I am working very far. now I wanted to terminate it and I am told that I should the remaining fee but I do not understand how because I have not gone to the gym. please assist because now I am receive text messages that I will have a negative credit score but how because attended at all.
