Violation of Privacy

The male staff member walked inside the female locker rooms without warning and asked if it's safe to get in, he found my wife naked and still did not go back but just say sorry and proceeded with what he was doing after he violated my wife's privacy.

I went to complain about this to the manager and he never took me serious until I went to their social media to complain and he promised to call back together with he's regional manager, when I call him he does not answer or return my calls. From their social media page they told him to contact me and he told me he's no a call centre and he's to busy.

I even reach out to the regional manager via email and leave my contact details, up to this time I have not received any correspondence
