VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

After i received a very rude and disturbing phone call from MJ i then went to the branch. upon arriving Elias told me that i can transfer my membership rather than cancelling because is cheaper and Sindi helped and explained the process everything was done in order. i also laid a complain with the manager Lwazi he said he will attend to the matter. the Service was great i wish someone has told me earlier that i have several options. thanks to their service i can now be at ease without MJ threatening me and calling me a ****.
