Very bad service.

These people will have you register and sign up for things you do not understand and when it’s time to cancel these contracts they don’t assist whatsoever. This Chantal lady sold us the product and explained nothing about how cancellation processes take place. When we tried contacting her she’d ignore our messages this is when we realized that she was just trying to **** us for her benefit as a gym company employee. On the 7th of November my friends and I head out to the gym company in Bromhof and look for this lady, they call her from her office she doesn’t come out and sends a different person to assist us. Alright great we do our cancellation this lady then comes out while we’re waiting for our Uber and pretends like she’s never seen us before and just starts sulking her way to where ever she was going. Felt like this was ********* and we were not happy with the services from this gym.
