Useless and Rude

<p>The Gym Company is one of the most ruthless companies I have ever dealt with. My husbands membership came to an end at the end of November of 2016. In the beginning of October 2016, my husband had already sent an email asking them to not renew the membership as his 3 year contract had come to an end and ensure that they do not deduct after November 2016. For some reason the Gym Company has still been deducting and it is now January 2017. Their customer service sucks, as when I called to log the query, I was asked "why am I calling so late". First of all my husband, regardless of him not wanting to renew the membership is still a client and we both should be treated respectfully...second of all if you cannot provide any customer service then please do not have a customer care line open until a certain time let alone a customer care centre at all.</p>
