USELESS!!!!!!!!!

I am one of the members of the Gym Company at the East Rand Mall (East Point) and have been highly unsatisfied with their service ever since I have joined.

I joined on the 24th of February 2018 and because they ran a promotion my first debit order was only suppose to go off on the 30th of April 2018 as the first month was free according to the guy who signed me up. A couple of days into March I received a call from them saying that my account was outstanding and that I needed to make payment. I refused as my contract stated that I only had to pay from April 2018.

The following months were a nightmare. Some months they would put through multiple debit orders that I never authorized. All different amounts except the amount I signed for! I went there numerous times and every time I had to speak to a different person. They always said they will sort it out but never did. The last time I phoned, I said that they should cancel the contract as they clearly have no idea what they are doing. The person on the phone said that someone will phone me back but no one ever did.

Since then I have been reversing my debit orders and also stopped the debit order. They always use a different reference number so the debit order still goes through every month but as always I reverse it. I do not have time for such *********** people and will not go back there.

Most useless service and people I have ever come across!
