URGENT INTERVENTION NEEDED

Can the CEO and founder of Gym Company SA, Clinton intervene in the Gym Company Pinecrest centre in Pinetown KZN. The gym is appalling to say the least. This gym is 2 years old , but everything is falling apart. Treadmills are broken only 4 are working, 40 spinning bikes don't work, only 16 are working. Most machines have "out of order" sticker. The music and or speakers at the studio don't work. Air con does n't work in summer, gyser does n't work in winter! Front desk staff majority of them need training in customer service, they have zero etticqutte.When we complain as members are complaints don't reach the relevant people. Can someone from HQ or the CEO himself intervene! This is insane. In November of each year a service fee/maintenance fee is deducted from members bank account for the upkeep & maintenance of gym equipment yet majority of the equipment is broken.
