Updating ITC

I've paid the requested amount provided by the gym company accounts department in Winchester Hills, and it was communicated to me that it will take 5 working days to update my ITC. It has now been 7 working day's my ITC has not been updated and this is unacceptable. The problem I have is that the gym company can list me so easily but when it comes to taking the default of it's alway an issue. I require proof of ITC update today still.
