Unsolicited debits

on the 1st of December this gym company guys told me about the promotion they making they explained everything to me I agreed, after three days I saw the was a **** done on the slip instead of writing 1st of December sakhile wrote 1st of November.i went to maponya mall to complain they told me they will cancel and even took a photo of the slip and sent it to the manager of the branch in protea glen. I called the manager called goerge in the morning he told mw its cancelled I even went straight to them in glen that sakhile guy told me its cancelled now they debited three hundred on my account which is ***** I want my money back
