Unprofessional, unorganised, dishonest staff

I stopped my contract and signed a cancellation form because of losing a job a year ago. I paid my cancellation fee and I am being contacted today saying I owe them a years worth of pay for a gym membership. The staff is unorganised, I am either being contaced to start going to the gym again or I see money going from my bank every month and in today,s email a lady said I "owe" them a total of R2640 for the year
