Unprofessional Service and Unfair Threats – Palesa Thukwayo

I am extremely disappointed by the rude and dismissive service I received from Palesa Thukwayo in the accounts department at the gym company Maponya mall. She refused to assist me or explain the company’s policies and repeatedly told me to “call back” instead of resolving my query.Palesa even refused to get me a manager who can assist since she couldn't, she does not have customer services and treat people like dogs complete bull **** service To make matters worse, I am being expected to pay for a service I have not used, and I was threatened with blacklisting instead of being given proper assistance or clarification. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
