******** LISTING WITHOUT BEING INFORMED OF THE ACC

I went to GYM CO in Bramhof Randburg last year April or May 2014, I wanted to sign up a contract for a year and not two years. The consultant told me I would have to pay R250 per month cash as to R200 for a 2 year contract on debit order. I signed up and as I was about to pay the consultant did not explain to me that I had to pay R3000 up front. So I informed him I was not aware that you wanted the full amount now as I thought I would have to pay monthly the R250. I told him I won't be able to pay it now. I received a call from the gym a week or so later to ask if I am still interested I said no. <br> I have recently checked my ITC and I have a judgement of R8209 bad debts written off from GYM CO and was listed March 2015. The reason for my judgement is that I am a slow payer. I was not even aware that I was being charged. No one has ever called-emailed or sms'd me and told me about my account. They do not have my banking details. I am surprised as to how they can list me on ITC without further communication, I deserve to be told before that happened. Now I spoke to a consultant( Sue Madonsela) she is telling me that I need to pay R900 to pay off the debt, I was not aware of.
