I've been trying to get my account affairs in order for some time now since September 2020. The accounts department of Gym Company Bloed Mall are thus unreliable and unreasonable and can't act within the merits of the law. I've been trying to cancel my account for sometime now. I've even sent a professional letter stating the terms of my cancellation. I am currently unemployed and cannot afford to to pay. I had opted to make a payment arrangement with them but they are saying that I need to pay the arount in areas first and pay the cancellation fee of R1000+ upfront. No other arrangement can be made. So the account will continue to debit the monthly fee of R199 unless I'm able to do all of the abovementioned implications. I've never heard of such a commitment in mylife and I think is totally unfair and unjust according to the NCR, CPA.
