unknown contract

Please check for me, I was trying to opt for a loan and they are telling me that Paulina Radebe has blacklisted me for some gym contract, I never signed up for. And know I have to pay R 5000 and odd rands. I didn't sign any contract and if I did I would like a proof of that because now the black consultant is telling me that they have experienced this before. Please check I don't have time to even attend the gym let alone afford to pay for it. I need money to help my brother with the school fees and this needs to be cleared ASAP.
