Unhappy Client

This is insane. I joined a gym 35 months ago. At that stage the gym was situated in the Oakfields Shopping Centre. The gym then become part of the Gym Company. sometime during this Covid period, this branch closed down/moved without any notification. Despite all of this the debit order is still being deducted. Try finding a contact number for the Head Office on their website - not available. My contact expires next month - HOW AM I GOING TO CANCEL!! Maybe the Ombudsman?
