unfaire business practice at gym company

A simple thing such as a tag cannot be supp**** by gym company! I join the gym about 3 months and 2 week ago and still have not received my tag, for a new member that just recently joined i think this is poor business practice. I was debit for a tag on top of that an additional R200 is required for maintenance levy but since the gym opened the sauna has never worked a single day. they don't even have proper carpets in the shower, if you fall with your head against those titles they will not take responsibility so if I was you id think twice before i join the gym. they dont even have a plan in place for load shedding go visit Westgate and see for yourself!
