Unfair Treatment

I lost my training jacket at Newtown gym company and I asked manager to review the footage for me as to find out who took it, he asked to open a case of which I did. He then say I should ask the police to his Head Office an email to view the cameras, I have been loyal to the gym even when they were having problems and all I'm asking was just to get my training jacket without involving the police. The manager is very rude and disrespectful towards clients and he doesn't even take his staff serious so how is he going to take care of the clients or most importantly the business.
