Unfair tic listing

<p>Good day in 2014 November I was approached by one of the consultants of GYM COMPANY MAPONYA MALL who told me about specials they have to gym for free for the next three months then pay on the fourth month, the very same month I registered money was debited on my account and I hadn't even started using their facilities as he told me that they will send me an access card for me to use the gym but non came i then reversed money from my bank.I tried calling to cancel the membership with no response then sent an e mail after they sent a final demand ofR8902 in 2016 January.this came as a shock because I thought since I didn't use their facilities they would terminate the contract.please help</p>
