Unfair listing from The gym company

<p>I signed up at the gym company in Randburg last April. I never even went to gym there etc. My subscription was R199 and its been only 1year but when i went to check my credit report I found that they have listed me as a default on credit beaure. And they say a they have written off a bad debt of R8740. My question is how did they get to the R8740 in a period of 1year. I contacted them within a week of signing up and told them not to proceed with my application. I'm surprised to see a listing against my name when no one even contact me regarding the debt. This gym is out to con people. </p>
