UNFAIR ITC LISTING

in february 2012 i went to maponya mall and was approched by a gym consultant he then told me about their specials for the month,he told me they give out 3 months free training and you pay 4th month,and if you dont come in the first three months they've given you for free the membership will be cancelled automatically.i didn't go to the gym for that 3 months but to my suprise in the first month that was supposed to be for free i was debited and i went to the bank and reverse the transaction.i called them spoke to several consutalnt who then told me i was liable for payment.i went to the bank and stopped the debit order ,i've never received anything from this people since but last week when i check my ITC PROFILE,i came across this shocking side that i'm listed on the 13 MARCH 2015 and i owe them R8865.00,I CALLED the lady by the name of PAULINE RADEBE who then advised me that i'm liable for the payment or i can rejoin their gym or atleast pay R2000.00 then they'll remove my name from ITC,i told her i dont haver money then she went down on her payment and told me to pay R900.00 and its her final offer,i dont have this money and i want my name to be removed from ITC URGENTLY.
