Unfair Blacklist

It was at Maponya Mall a guy came up to make me register after a month i told them to cancel my account as i lived far from maponya mall and it would be impossible to come to the gym a lady at the gym assured me of my cancellation and i had to pay a cancellation fee. A year later i had already moved to kzn and got a letter of blacklisting they said my account is in arrears for 7800 without even calling me once to ask about my cancellation. I am extremely angry about how they cheated me and putting my name in bad way
