Unfair black listing

<p>I was walking throug eloff street in johannesburg when i met some gym company merting consultants,one of them introduced me about the gym and as i wanted to fit and looking ***y like other guys.I did signed the contract and was told to wait for a call so that i can do an assessment and recieve and gym card after that.But i never recived a call from them until i recieved an sms saying that there was an bad debt written off becuase i was a client of transunion.i never went to gym,i never use their equipments but was told that im owing them R8375.40 as was a suprice to me becuause no gym can charge up to that amount.I called them and spoke to one of their consultant,and she said if i can pay R1000 my name will be cleared.And i never paid because i didnt believe as they never warn me about their plan of action.Even now is black listed for servce i never recieve.</p>
