<p>I have never expericned such terrible business pracitce from a company. The agents of Gym Company firstly harrass you in malls. I was offered a 3 month free trial which i cancelled 2 weeks after. I called and the lady on the phone confirmed that my membership has been cancelled. A few weeks later I receive an sms saying that my account is in arreas. I sent a follow up email to confirm my cancellation. Now i receive a letter saying i owe them R8000. I cancelled my membership, i have never set a foot in that gym and if their membership fee is R199 how do I owe R8000 6 months later. Impossible!!! Im truly appauled. </p>
