Gym company signing me up for a gym contract that i did not agree to and now i keep getting calls and SMS informing me of an outstanding account which is really upsetting especially after telling the consultant that called me that i cannot take up the contract due to not being able to get to the gym. after numerous calls and explaining to these consultants and a manager nothing has been done i am still harassed with calls and my credit record tarnished due to GYM COMPANY ********* behavior just for commission.
