uncertified with the services i being offered

i join the gym 2014 june and was promised there will be a sonar in our females changing rooms, till date we havent received what were promised when we joined and what makes me more upset is the fact that other other gym company which was opened now recently has everything , these one that im complaining off , steps are broken , spinning bikes are old and broken , nothing certisfactory going on in that gym as i pay monthly without fail so please fix these matter
