Unauthorized debits

On the 26/11/2024 I wrote the below to gym company Good day, I have a query in July I cancelled my Gym membership with you I filled out the paper work and was told that the 28th of October 2024 will be my last debit order. But because I forgot my cell at home I could not take I picture however the lady at reception told me that I shouldn't worry everything will be on your website I will see it has been cancelled, now you still debit me what for if my 3 months is over. Can someone please explain to me cause I am confused. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards, Georgina Date & Time: 2024-11-26 07:22:40 No response 28 December they debit a R99 and a R299 this is very suspicious because I never had a R99 deal with them and mind you my sister and nieces contracts was canceled a year before mine but they are still harassing them to pay. I just need someone to please explain to me why do they still debit my account. Just so you know I will continue to reverse that unauthorized debits
