Unauthorized debits after contract expiry

To whom it may concern, My 3yr gym contract ended in March 2021. I called Gym company Arbour Crossing in Amanzimtoti to cancel and I was told that the only way to cancel was to physically go there even though I would assume that under the current circumstances with the pandemic, things would be done digitally especially since I had informed them that in January I had tested +tive for Covid 19 and thus was still skeptical to be out there but they insisted that that's the only way to cancel and so I went there and spoke to a lady who said that she was the manager and that even after my contract ends I would be able to do a month on month contract of which I did not agree or sign up for as I knew that just like in yr 2020, even in 2021 I would not be able to attend gym as I'm working from home and thus do not have time to go to gym. I recently discovered that my account has been debited with a monthly premium without my knowledge and when I called in 2 weeks ago the lady I spoke to said that she was going to have the manager call me back for clarity and up until todate no one has called me to explain instead a double debit has transpired on my bank ac and I have reversed it. I just need this contract canceled. Please.
