Unauthorized Debits

After finding ********** debit transactions going off my Capitec Account. I am disappointed that Gym Company is still not able to resolve this matter even after 3 Months of my initial call to them that I never joined their Gym nor even set foot in one of their Gyms. Someone opened an account with my details and when I call the Gym company, they tell me a male person opened an account and signed with my details. How can they authorize such ********** transactions to happen without my signature let alone the fact that a male counterpart opened an account whilst a female. Today they told me their accountant who is supposed to have cancelled these transactions is not reachable.
